When commissioning me, you agree to the following:Payments made via Square or Stripe are currently preferred, with PayPal as a secondary option; Options for full and half payments availableTurnaround is currently 2-3 weeks; commissions with rendered or complex characters may require additional timeAdditional characters in a single scene/commission are +75% of the base price; Complex characters are +15-30% of the base price depending on level of complexity, please go to bottom of page for what details I consider complexA public Trello is available to see your commission’s place in my work queuePartial refunds given if needed before completion of commission; No refunds for completed commissions; if you require a refund before work has started, 10% will be withheld as compensation feeYour commission may be streamed on Twitch so please let me know if you’d like to keep your commission private; I typically use examples for advertising purposes, they are also displayed in my public work queue on TrelloEvery commissioner is allowed 3 major design changes for Free in the SKETCH AND LINE PHASES ONLY. I always send updates for each phase of completion (sketch, line, and base color) before proceeding to next phase. When buying an adopt from me, you agree to the following:OWNERSHIPI retain the copyright of the original artwork of the design, while you will receive full copyright over the actual design. As such, I retain the right to use my artwork for promotion and portfolio purposes. Unless otherwise stated, you may not edit, trace, modify, or copy my original artwork.Adoptees have owner creative rights to the design once the adopt is fully paid for. You are welcome to alter the design to your liking, although I would appreciate keeping their body weight/size true to the original design. What I absolutely DO NOT allow is drawing the adopt in scenarios or creating personality/physical traits that are hateful, abusive, and/or zoophilic; you will end up on my blacklist without warning in doing so.You are welcome to draw/commission NSFW art of your adopt, as long as they ARE NOT hateful, abusive, and/or zoophilic scenarios; you will be blacklisted without warning in doing so.If you decide to resell the design WITHOUT additional art/items added to its value, please do not resell it for more than what you bought it for. If you resell it WITH additional art/items, including art/items you made yourself or commissioned, you are more than welcome to increase its value. If you resell an adopt, please let me know who the new owner is!If the design will be used for commercial purposes (i.e. merch, business mascot, game projects, etc.), it will be subject to a one time commercial fee. Cost of fee is up for negotiation.
Creating and selling a premade fursuit based on my design(s) is not considered commercial use to mePAYMENTPayments made via Square or Stripe are currently preferred, with PayPal as a secondary option.If the adopt is less than $100, full payment is expected within 48 hours, a 24 hour extension can be given if needed.Payment plans are available for adopts that are more than $100. At least $50 must be paid within the first 48 hours. You have up to 30 days to finish paying for the adopt before I issue a refund and the design is put back up for sale/auction. More time can be given if the adopt is more than $300.Refunds will NOT be given after file(s) have been sent to you. If you attempt a refund after the file(s) have been sent to you, you will be blacklisted without warning.The adopt must be completely paid for before you receive the design file(s) and officially own the adopt.WHAT YOU GETOnce the adopt has been paid for, you will receive a Google Drive link to download a unwatermarked, hi-res PNG file. If multiple files are included with the adopt, the link will lead to a Google Drive folder.In case you lose your file(s), you should always have access to the adopt as long as you have the link, which you are welcome to ask me for if needed. I may ask for verification of payment if you reach out from another account.BLACKLISTIf any of the above terms are violated by the adoptee, you will first receive a warning. If terms are violated again, you WILL be blacklisted. If hateful or abusive art is created based on my design(s), it’s an automatic blacklist. Anyone on my blacklist will be blocked and unable to purchase further adopts from me or commission me.
